Everyone is getting nervous about the economy and the up coming election. I think this is leading people to hoard their money.
I am the fundraising chair for J's elementary school. We are selling Sally Foster wrapping paper, which is usually a huge success. This year not so much.
It is still the same amount of work, but so far the totals are about 33% down. Which means instead of one BIG sale, I am looking at having to do a LOT more work to make budget.
Here come the lollipops, cookie dough, jingle jog, camp out, biscuit sales. Don't forget the Elf Shop, Fall festival, sock hop, and Spring Carnival.
Paint boy only thought I would be finished this fall. This is looking like an all year, all consuming project.
Do you need anything? I can sell it to you.

I would love to know more about the jingle jog, Elf Shop, and any other successful fundraisers. My son attends a small Montessori school and we are looking for fundraising ideas. I love Sally Foster paper...hate cookie dough and entertainment books. Would you mind emailing me with some ideas? BTW, found you through Clemsongirl.
Thanks.
Hello Hair Girl,
Do you guys do an auction at your school? We raise a good bit of money at our school. I was the chair for a few years.
BTW... I need you get you address so I can send your WICKED godies.
Dude. I hate it. Sick of PTA fundraising here, too.
Ick.

how much for shipping cost? HEY - whats the deadline? maybe BB can bring some back his next trip back. is there an online catalog?
yep, folks are a little leery of buying anything that doesn't go into the gas tank these days.
This is a very well written post. You've just about covered the most important aspects. You have made it simpler. We took into account most of the points when we have a fundraiser for the elementary school. Picateers was our big idea this time. Worked like a charm. Mostly because it was organized eficiently and informed well in advance and the fact that Picateers was easy , simple and fun and most liked by parents.
